The concept of maternal immune activation (MIA) has been expanded to chorioamnionitis-associated intrauterine inflammation. We have previously reported that autism-like behavioral deficits were detected in the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced MIA mouse model. The pregnant mice were injected with PBS (control) or LPS. The microglia were isolated from neonatal mice brains at postnatal day 3 and RNA Seq analyzed transcriptomic profiles.

母体免疫激活(Maternal Immune Activation, MIA)的概念已拓展至绒毛膜羊膜炎相关宫内炎症领域。本课题组此前曾报道,在脂多糖(Lipopolysaccharide, LPS)诱导的MIA小鼠模型中可检测到类自闭症行为缺陷。实验中,孕鼠分别接受磷酸盐缓冲盐水(Phosphate Buffered Saline, PBS,对照组)或LPS注射。研究人员于出生后第3天从新生小鼠脑组织中分离小胶质细胞,并通过RNA测序(RNA Sequencing, RNA-seq)分析其转录组表达谱。
