采用logistic模型对假鱼腥藻的生长和产异味能力进行预测评估。结果表明:氮浓度越高,假鱼腥藻的生长速率越快;其细胞浓度与异味物质间存在很强的相关性(R2=0.94),由此表明,可以通过监测关键有害藻细胞浓度就可以很好的预测出水源地中产异味物质的能力。假鱼腥藻细胞数与异味浓度间的关系分析发现,藻细胞浓度与总异味浓度以及水体中的异味浓度(胞外异味)均有明显的线性关系。
Logistic model was employed to conduct predictive evaluation of the growth and odor-producing capacity of Pseudanabaena. The results showed that higher nitrogen concentrations were associated with faster growth rates of Pseudanabaena; a strong correlation was detected between algal cell concentration and odor-producing substances (R²=0.94), indicating that the odor-producing potential of source water can be reliably predicted by monitoring the concentration of key harmful algal cells. Analysis of the relationship between Pseudanabaena cell count and odor concentration revealed significant linear correlations between algal cell concentration, total odor concentration, and extracellular odor concentration in the water body.
