During a 2019 survey carried out among marketers from across the globe, it was found that company respondents primarily thought of artificial intelligence as a means to optimize email send times, at 66 percent of respondents. Agency respondents found that optimizing calls to action would be one of the primary improvement through artificial intelligence, at 54 percent of respondents.
