GEMSTONE Research Data: Investigation of OX1R Protein Levels by Western Blotting

The images in this file represent the Western blotting results of orexin receptor 1 (OX1R) obtained from the Genetic Absence Epilepsy Rats from Strasbourg (GAERS) model brain tissues within the scope of the GEMSTONE Project. The file includes Chemidoc images showing OX1R protein expression in the somatosensory cortex and thalamus regions. β-actin was used as the housekeeping protein, and the corresponding actin bands are also presented.本文件所载图像为GEMSTONE项目框架下，取自斯特拉斯堡遗传性失神性癫痫大鼠（Genetic Absence Epilepsy Rats from Strasbourg, GAERS）模型脑组织的食欲素受体1（orexin receptor 1, OX1R）蛋白质印迹（Western blotting）实验结果。该文件包含展示躯体感觉皮层与丘脑区域OX1R蛋白表达情况的Chemidoc成像图。实验以β-肌动蛋白作为内参蛋白，同时附上了对应的肌动蛋白条带图像。
