Infection characteristics and transcriptomics of African swine fever virus in Bama mini-pigs

为分析巴马小型猪（Bama mini-pigs）感染非洲猪瘟病毒（African Swine Fever Virus, ASFV）后的宿主应答情况，我们选取了以10³半数血细胞吸附感染剂量（Hemadsorbing Dose 50, HAD50）感染ASFV的巴马小型猪的脾脏、腹股沟淋巴结，以及模拟感染对照组样本开展转录组分析。并针对上述感染组与模拟感染对照组的巴马小型猪脾脏、腹股沟淋巴结的RNA测序（RNA Sequencing, RNA-seq）数据进行比较基因表达谱分析。
