Two mutants (ME-900 and ME-901) with improved acid tolerance were obtained from Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus ME-899. Draft genome sequence of 3 strains were obtained to determine the location of gene mutations.
本研究从德氏乳杆菌保加利亚亚种（Lactobacillus delbrueckii subsp. bulgaricus）ME-899中获得两株耐酸性提升的突变株（ME-900与ME-901）。为明确基因突变的具体位点，对上述三株菌株开展了草图基因组测序工作。
