We performed differential DGE analysis on RNA-seq data to determine the genes misregulated in triple mutant embryos (3etv) for etv4, etv5a, and etv5b transcription factors. 3etv mutants had defects in posterior mesoderm formation, somitogenesis, and body axis straightening, as well as other Fgf related phenotypes. 本研究针对RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据开展差异基因表达（Differential Gene Expression, DGE）分析，以鉴定etv4、etv5a及etv5b转录因子三重突变体胚胎（3etv）中表达失调的基因。3etv突变体存在后部中胚层形成缺陷、体节发生异常、体轴伸直障碍，以及其他成纤维细胞生长因子（Fibroblast Growth Factor, Fgf）相关表型。实验设计概述：对受精后30小时（30hpf）的野生型（Wild Type, WT）与3etv突变体胚胎进行全胚胎mRNA表达谱分析。
