Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs), a series of mitogen-activated protein kinases lying within MAPK cascade, unique to eukaryotes, which plays key roles in transducing upstream signals to the target proteins and thus induce various cellular responses. In the present study, we firstly identified and characterized SmMAPKs at genome-wide level systematically, then performed phylogenetic analysis and gene structure analysis. Finally, we investigated their expression patterns in diverse tissues and divergent functions on biotic and abiotic stresses response based on multiple RNA-seq datasets. Table_1 provides the detail information of RNA-seq datasets used for tissue expression analysis of MAPKs. Table_2 provides the detail information of RNA-seq datasets used for MAPKs expression analysis under biotic and abiotic stresses. Table_3 is the expression data of MAPKs in different tissues. Table_4 is the expression data of MAPKs under heat stress. Table_5 is the expression data of MAPKs under oxygen stress. Table_6 is the expression data of MAPKs under salinity stress. 促分裂原活化蛋白激酶(Mitogen-activated protein kinases, MAPKs)是一类真核生物特有的、属于MAPK级联反应的丝裂原活化蛋白激酶,在将上游信号转导至靶蛋白并诱发多种细胞应答的过程中发挥关键作用。本研究首先在全基因组水平对SmMAPKs进行了系统性鉴定与特征注释,随后开展了系统发育分析与基因结构分析。最后,基于多套RNA测序(RNA-seq)数据集,本研究探究了SmMAPKs在不同组织中的表达模式,以及其在生物与非生物胁迫响应中所具备的多样功能。表1列出了用于MAPKs组织表达分析的RNA-seq数据集详细信息;表2列出了用于MAPKs在生物和非生物胁迫下表达分析的RNA-seq数据集详细信息;表3为MAPKs在不同组织中的表达数据;表4为MAPKs在热胁迫下的表达数据;表5为MAPKs在氧化胁迫下的表达数据;表6为MAPKs在盐胁迫下的表达数据;表7为MAPKs在病原体(Enteromyxum scophthalmi、Vibrio anguillarum、Megalocytiviru)胁迫下的表达数据。
