Interactome identification of Histones H3 and H4 in the presence and absence of methyl methanesulfonate (MMS) in the pathogenic yeast Candida glabrata

The main goal of this project is to identify proteins in Candida glabrata that interact with histones H3 (CgHht) and H4 (CgHhf) under normal and MMS-treatment conditions.本项目的主要目标为鉴定光滑念珠菌（Candida glabrata）中，在正常培养及甲基磺酸甲酯（MMS）处理条件下，与组蛋白H3（CgHht）及组蛋白H4（CgHhf）存在相互作用的蛋白质。
