本数据集为混合动力乘用车开发数据,包括开发整车动力总成新电子电器架构控制下的整车百公里加速时间实测数据,包含了2辆样车(分别为1号和2号)的2次重复测试数据。以及排放WLTC国标循环转毂台架测试数据,以及排放RDE实际道路测试数据,包含了时间、发动机转速、扭矩、车速等。动力总成电磁兼容设计目标研究相关的整车EMC电磁兼容性测试数据。车辆左侧水平极化宽带辐射发射特性扫描过程数据;车辆左侧垂直极化宽带辐射发射特性扫描过程数据;车辆右侧水平极化宽带辐射发射特性扫描过程数据;车辆右侧垂直极化宽带辐射发射特性扫描过程数据;车辆左侧水平极化窄带辐射发射特性扫描过程数据;车辆左侧垂直极化窄带辐射发射特性扫描过程数据;车辆右侧垂直极化窄带辐射发射特性扫描过程数据。整车电池、电机热管理相关研究数据,包括电机效率转速转矩性能355.2V两次重复试验测试数据,包含了电机转速、电机输出转矩、机械功率、母线电压(V)、电机效率对应数据。整车热管理系统(包含热泵空调等)研究开发制热能效比提升数据,包含了原车Base方案、本项目开发方案的时间和功耗数据,以及计算得到的制热能效比提升值。电池管理系统SOC、SOH等算法策略研究相关数据,包括SOC算法估算的预测精度。动力总成电池、能耗优化相关数据,包含了整车纯电油耗试验测试,主要包含了3次重复循环试验测试的时间、车速、油耗等,以及整车馈电油耗试验测试,主要包含了3次重复循环试验测试的时间、车速、油耗等;第三方检测报告;对应成果的1篇论文和4项专利。内含1个数据集说明文件、10个数据表格、16个第三方检测报告,1篇论文、4件专利、数据量约为50 MB。

This dataset contains development data for hybrid passenger vehicles. Specifically, it includes: 1. Measured 100-kilometer acceleration time data of the complete vehicle controlled by the new electrical and electronic architecture of the powertrain, with duplicate test data conducted twice for two prototype vehicles (labeled No.1 and No.2 respectively); 2. Emission test data from the WLTC national standard chassis dynamometer cycle and real-world driving emission (RDE) test data, covering parameters such as time, engine speed, torque, and vehicle speed; 3. Vehicle-level electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) test data related to the research on powertrain EMC design targets, including scanned process data of broadband and narrowband radiation emission characteristics under different polarization conditions on both sides of the vehicle: specifically, scanned process data of broadband radiation emission characteristics on the left horizontal polarization, left vertical polarization, right horizontal polarization, and right vertical polarization of the vehicle, as well as scanned process data of narrowband radiation emission characteristics on the left horizontal polarization, left vertical polarization, and right vertical polarization of the vehicle; 4. Research data related to vehicle battery and motor thermal management, including duplicate test data conducted twice at 355.2V for motor efficiency, speed and torque performance, covering corresponding data of motor speed, motor output torque, mechanical power, bus voltage (V), and motor efficiency; 5. Research and development data for improving the heating coefficient of performance (COP) of the vehicle thermal management system (including heat pump air conditioners), including time and power consumption data of the original vehicle's Base scheme and the scheme developed in this project, as well as the calculated heating COP improvement value; 6. Data related to the research on algorithm strategies for the battery management system (BMS) such as State of Charge (SOC) and State of Health (SOH), including the prediction accuracy of SOC algorithm estimation; 7. Data related to powertrain battery and energy consumption optimization, including complete vehicle all-electric fuel consumption test data (with three duplicate cycle test records covering time, vehicle speed, fuel consumption and other parameters) and complete vehicle battery-depleted fuel consumption test data (also with three duplicate cycle test records covering time, vehicle speed, fuel consumption and other parameters); 8. Third-party test reports, 1 academic paper and 4 patents corresponding to the research outcomes. In total, the dataset contains 1 dataset description document, 10 data tables, 16 third-party test reports, 1 academic paper and 4 patents, with a total data volume of approximately 50 MB.
