This is a chromosome scale assembly of glyphosate susceptible goosegrass, obtained from the Guangdong Province in China. Plant collection and susceptibility were confirmed in this publication: Yang, CaiHong, XingShan Tian, Li Feng, and MaoFeng Yue. "Resistance of Eleusine indica Gaertn to glyphosate."
