Information, Classification and Mutational Data of 4622 SARS-CoV-2 Sequences from Bangladesh

The datasets contain the accession numbers of the sequences used in this study, and their nucleotide and amino acid mutations. Furthermore, the temporal, geographical, as well as chronologically geographic distributions are documented. Finally, gene-wise mutations, their frequency, and other detailed information can be found in this dataset

本数据集收录了本研究中使用的序列登录号（accession number），以及对应序列的核苷酸突变与氨基酸突变信息。此外，数据集还记录了序列的时间分布、地理分布，以及按时间序排列的地理分布情况。最后，本数据集还包含了按基因分类的突变信息、突变频率，以及其他相关详细内容。
