This study was conducted to broader to broaden our vision of alfalfa silage microbial community, which is to in-depth character how enzyme and their combination with inoculants affect silage bacterial population. Here, we used next generation sequencing on technique-Illumina MiSeq platform, to characterize the bacterial community of alfalfa silage inoculated without and with CEGA (Cellulase plus ɑ-galactosidase), CELP (Cellulase plus L. Plantarum), and GALP (ɑ-galactosidase plus L. plantarum).

本研究旨在拓宽我们对苜蓿青贮微生物群落的认知,以期深入解析酶制剂及其与接种剂复配方式对青贮饲料细菌种群的影响。本研究采用Illumina MiSeq平台的下一代测序技术,对未接种及分别接种CEGA(纤维素酶+α-半乳糖苷酶,Cellulase plus ɑ-galactosidase)、CELP(纤维素酶+植物乳杆菌,Cellulase plus L. plantarum)、GALP(α-半乳糖苷酶+植物乳杆菌,ɑ-galactosidase plus L. plantarum)的苜蓿青贮样品的细菌群落进行表征。
