本研究构建了一套靶向34个年轻从头起源基因（de novo genes）的CRISPR筛选实验（CRISPR screening assay），并纳入6个经典癌基因与肿瘤抑制基因作为阳性对照。我们检测了上述靶标基因在U87、SW480、HeLa、Cal62及OS-RC-2等多种癌细胞系中的生长调控效应。
