Pairwise matrix of the times that species became allopatric. For sympatric species this is 9e9, aka never. For allopatric species this is the time (in millennia) from the tree root to the species' creation node. These times are inferred from the combination of the phylogeny and island data. Species are simply considered sympatric when they share one or more islands.
本数据集为物种异域分布时间的两两矩阵。对于同域分布(sympatric)的物种,其对应矩阵值为9e9,即代表从未发生异域分化;对于异域分布(allopatric)的物种,其对应矩阵值为以千年为单位的、从系统发育(phylogeny)树根节点至该物种形成节点的时间。此类时间通过结合系统发育数据与岛屿分布数据推断得到。当两个物种共享一个或多个岛屿时,即被简单认定为同域分布物种。
