Functional Connectivity MRI Data Part 1

Included are the high-resolution structural scan used for defining thalamic ROIs, left and right thalamic ROIs in that space, and individual EPI and structural scans for two sea lion subjects. EPI data represents 15 minutes of continuous BOLD data under gas anesthesia. All scans are nifti format.

本数据集包含用于定义丘脑感兴趣区（Region of Interest, ROIs）的高分辨率结构扫描图像、该成像空间下的左右丘脑感兴趣区，以及两名海狮受试者的独立回波平面成像（Echo Planar Imaging, EPI）与结构扫描图像。其中EPI数据为气体麻醉状态下采集的15分钟连续血氧水平依赖（Blood Oxygen Level Dependent, BOLD）数据，所有扫描文件均采用NIfTI格式存储。
