本数据集以不同节流槽结构的液压阀为研究对象，研究了阀内能量耗散及温度分布规律，分析不同开度下阀内的流动特性和温度分布规律，探究了阀芯上的热特性分布，为阀芯粘性温升热变形引起的阀芯卡滞机理研究打下理论基础。
This dataset takes hydraulic valves with different throttle groove structures as the research subject, investigating the energy dissipation and temperature distribution laws inside the valves. It analyzes the flow characteristics and temperature distribution within the valves under various opening degrees, and explores the thermal characteristic distribution on the valve spools. This work lays a theoretical foundation for the study of the valve spool jamming mechanism induced by thermal deformation caused by viscous temperature rise of the spool.
