Gut and oral microbiota of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

The cross-sectional Eastern Siberia PCOS Epidemiology and Phenotype (ESPEP) Study (ClinicalTrials.gov ID: NCT05194384) was conducted in 2016-2019. The results of the analysis of amplicon libraries (V1-V2 variable regions, 16S rRNA gene) of faecal, saliva and periodontal pocket content samples of patients wit PCOS, non-PCOS and control groups have been deposited. Data description contain information about collection date, ethnicity, age, height, weight, body mass index and PCOS phenotype.
