用于制作本图层的SPAM 2000 v3.0.6数据集，由国际粮食政策研究所（International Food Policy Research Institute）于2012年发布。该数据集通过空间生产分配模型（Spatial Production Allocation Model）对国家级及次国家级收获统计数据进行空间离散化处理后生成。
