For ten dominant tree species in the Xishuangbanna tropical monsoon rainforest, covering three life-history stages, we investigated both epiphytic microbial communities on leaf surfaces and endophytic communities inside leaves. We analyzed differences in their diversity, network structure, and community assembly processes. We further quantified the relative contributions of plant genetic, physical, and chemical traits, as well as environmental factors, to the shaping of these microbial communities.
针对西双版纳热带季雨林中覆盖三个生活史阶段的10个优势树种,我们分别对其叶表附生(epiphytic)微生物群落与叶片内部的内生(endophytic)微生物群落展开了调查。我们分析了二者在多样性、网络结构以及群落组装过程中的差异,并进一步定量解析了植物遗传、物理与化学性状以及环境因子对这些微生物群落构建的相对贡献。
