为探究CSPF6的相关调控通路，我们构建了hep3B细胞系，该细胞系中的靶基因可通过小干扰RNA（small interfering RNA，siRNA）实现敲低。
实验整体设计：采用美国Illumina公司NextSeq 500测序平台，开展单端75碱基读长的高通量测序。
对hep3B细胞中si阴性对照组（si-control）与si-CPSF6处理组的RNA测序（RNA-seq）数据进行比较基因表达谱分析。
