Transcriptome analysis of Panax ginseng under high light conditions

This project provides transcriptome profiling data on ginseng in response to high light stress, and is to identify potential candidate genes playing critical roles in photoprotection and acclimation processes against the high light stress.本项目提供了人参响应高光胁迫的转录组谱（transcriptome profiling）数据，旨在鉴定在抵御高光胁迫的光保护（photoprotection）与驯化（acclimation）过程中发挥关键作用的潜在候选基因。
