Changes in gene expression profiles following different degrees of global brain ischemia. Mus musculus

In this study, we investigated the changes of gene expression profile after global cerebral ischemia. Samples from the cerebral cortex of nine mice were divided into three groups: the Sham group, the BCAL 30min group and the BCAL 60min group. BCAL is for 'bilateral common artery occlusion'.
