<strong>Spectra</strong>
The spectra were recorded with the portable FTIR spectrometer 4100 ExoScan (Agilent) in DRIFTS mode. The raw spectra are stored as .spc files in a zip archive.
<strong>Note</strong>: Due to subsequently detected contamination of the spectrometer, it cannot be ruled out that the recorded spectra are affected by outliers and biased. The results should therefore be categorised accordingly.
Spectra file names are structured as follows:<br>
"Date of the measurement_Name of the instrument_accessory name_no. of scans_name of the manuscript_measurement name.spc"
Date of the measurement: <em>yyyymmdd</em>
Name of the instrument: <em>E</em> for ExoScan
accessory name: <em>DRIFT</em>
no. of scans: <em>256</em>
name of the manuscript: <em>Object No.</em> (see above)
measurement name: "page image name_page_area_No"
page numer:
area: measurement area (<em>leaf</em>, <em>ink</em>, <em>stain</em>...)

<strong>Interactive visualization</strong>
The "InteractiveVisualisation.html" file is a standalone website that shows the individual spectra and the chemometric analysis of the data. The presented analysis and data should be considered as an overview. Some of the shown data is simplified for this interactive demonstration and may not reflect reality.

**光谱数据**
本数据集的光谱数据采用安捷伦(Agilent)4100 ExoScan便携式傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)仪,以漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(DRIFTS)模式采集。原始光谱文件以.spc格式存储于压缩归档文件中。
**备注**:由于后续检测到光谱仪存在污染情况,无法排除采集得到的光谱受到异常值影响或存在偏差的可能,因此对本数据集的分析结果需谨慎分类。
光谱文件的命名格式如下:
"测量日期_仪器名称_配件名称_扫描次数_手稿编号_测量信息.spc"
各字段详细说明如下:
- 测量日期:格式为<em>yyyymmdd</em>(年日月)
- 仪器名称:使用<em>E</em>代表ExoScan光谱仪
- 配件名称:固定为<em>DRIFT</em>
- 扫描次数:固定为<em>256</em>
- 手稿编号:即前文所列的馆藏编号(Object No.)
- 测量信息:格式为"页面图像名称_测量区域_测量序号"
其中:
- 测量区域:涵盖叶片(leaf)、墨迹(ink)、污渍(stain)等类别
- 测量序号:对应单页手稿上的多次测量编号
