State Energy Price and Expenditure Data System, 1970-1999

<p>These Combined State Energy Data System (CSEDS) files contain data used in the publication "State Energy Price and Expenditure Report 1999" (SEPER). Each State file and a U.S. file, named with the two-letter U.S. Postal Code listed in Appendix B, contains CSEDS price in nominal dollars per million British thermal units (Btu) and expenditures in million nominal dollars for all years 1970 through 1999.</p>
