Raw primary and lung metastatic ccRCC scRNA-seq

Raw scRNA-seq counts for two datasets across 11 samples for primary and lung metastatic ccRCC. Data is formatted as an R data package containing three Bioconductor SingleCellExperiment objects. The second and third datasets share the same samples as they were sequenced on two lanes.本数据集包含两组原始单细胞RNA测序（single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq）计数数据，覆盖11例原发性与肺转移性透明细胞肾细胞癌（clear cell renal cell carcinoma, ccRCC）样本。该数据以R数据包格式封装，内含三个Bioconductor的SingleCellExperiment对象。由于第二与第三个数据集在两条测序泳道上完成测序，二者共享完全相同的样本。
