本数据集收录了异腿细蜂（L. heterotoma）与钩棘小蜂（G. hookeri）的28S核糖体RNA（28S rRNA）序列的脱嘌呤作用（depurination）数据。分别统计了存在螺原体（Spiroplasma）-异腿细蜂组合（S+Lh）、螺原体-钩棘小蜂组合（S+Gh），以及无螺原体状态（S0Lh与S0Gh）时，核糖体失活蛋白（Ribosome-Inactivating Protein，RIP）攻击特定位点处的腺嘌呤或其他碱基的数量。本研究设置了两次寄生后的评估节点：T1为寄生后24小时（PWA），T2为寄生后72小时（PWA）。
