Community chemical screening

Communities of bacteria obtained from stream sediments were grown in lab media amended with different chemical pollutants. We sequenced a subset of the community X chemical combinations in order to understand changes in community composition in response to the chemicals.从溪流沉积物中获取的细菌群落，被接种于添加了不同化学污染物的实验室培养基中进行培养。为解析群落组成对这些化学物质的响应变化，我们对部分细菌群落与化学污染物的配对组合进行了测序。
