Hipparchia semele (rock grayling), genomic and transcriptomic data

This project collects the genomic and transcriptomic data generated for Hipparchia semele, common name rock grayling, to facilitate genome assembly and annotation as part of the Darwin Tree of Life Project (https://www.darwintreeoflife.org/).
