Scattering coefficients of rough hailstones from computational electromagnetic models (NCEI Accession 0254298)

The library of scattering coefficients contains scattering coefficients of rough hail obtained from computational electromagnetic models modeled in WIPL-D software. The library consists of models of dry and wet (water coated) hail with axis ratios of 0.6, 0.7, and 0.8 and core sizes from 5 mm to 100 mm. Model surface roughness is introduced as a fraction of the models' equatorial radius.
