Non-exclusive α-helices in (α+β)+(α/β) proteins

Dataset containing physical-chemical and strucutural descriptors for non-exclusive α-helices and its flanking regions.<br>Only α-helices from <b>(α+β)+(α/β) proteins</b> are eligible for this dataset.<br>Data is organized into sections. Each section begins with the following header: <b>length, pdb_name, chain_id, flag, position, [parameter]</b>.<br><b>length </b>is the number of amino acid residues comprising the α-helix.<br><b>flag </b>indicates the amino acid residue underlying region, namely: flanking region before the α-helix(<b>&lt;</b>); α-helix(<b>=</b>); flanking region after the α-helix (<b>&gt;</b>).<br><b>[parameter]</b>: paramater's value for the given amino acid residue. All parameters are extracted from the STING Database.

本数据集收录了非排他性α螺旋（α-helix）及其侧翼区域的理化与结构描述符。本数据集仅收录来自**(α+β)+(α/β)型蛋白质**的α螺旋。数据按章节组织，每个章节均以如下表头起始：**长度、pdb编号、链ID、标记、位置、[参数]**。
**长度**：构成该α螺旋的氨基酸残基总数。
**标记**：用于指示对应区域所属的氨基酸残基类型，具体规则为：α螺旋前侧翼区域（<）；α螺旋区域（=）；α螺旋后侧翼区域（>）。
**[参数]**：对应氨基酸残基的参数取值，所有参数均提取自STING数据库。
