Population between 18 and 44 years of age in the Basque Country with a need for access to housing due to socio-economic characteristics and sex.

The operation Housing Needs and Demand Survey (ENDV) provides annual information — and quarterly monitoring — on the quantification and evolution of housing needs and potential demand by type (first access, change and rehabilitation); both on the reasons and graduation of the need and on the characteristics of the homes in need. It is a basic source of information from the system of indicators for monitoring housing policy.
