Raw mass spec files from differentially expressed proteins of Sydney rock oysters_spot 3407

Tryptic peptides were analysed by reversed phase nanoflow liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) on an QExactive mass spectrometer (Thermo scientific, CA, USA). Samples represent differentially expressed proteins from two populations of Sydney rock oyster at ambient and elevated CO2 exposure.

采用反相纳流液相色谱-串联质谱（reversed phase nanoflow liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry, LC-MS/MS），搭配美国加利福尼亚州赛默飞世尔（Thermo scientific）公司的QExactive质谱仪（QExactive mass spectrometer），对胰蛋白酶肽（tryptic peptides）进行分析。本研究样品来源于两个种群的悉尼岩牡蛎（Sydney rock oyster），对应其在环境二氧化碳与升高二氧化碳暴露条件下的差异表达蛋白（differentially expressed proteins）。
