Store.Synchrotron

Store.Synchrotron allows the Australian Synchrotron research community to easily share their Macromolecular Beamline (MX1 / MX2) data with collaborators and the world while providing them with safe, long term data storage and an analysis platform. Synchrotron users can log in to find their data securely stored, downloadable and searchable with collaborators. Researchers will be able to attach a DOI link to their data and open it for citation in their research publications. Since Store.Synchrotron runs on the NeCTAR research cloud, it benefits from close connections to analysis platforms such as the Characterisation Virtual Lab and high performance computing resources such as MASSIVE. Store.Synchrotron is built on MyTardis – an open-source online data management application.

Store.Synchrotron 可助力澳大利亚同步加速器（Australian Synchrotron）研究群体轻松与合作者乃至全球共享其大分子光束线（Macromolecular Beamline，MX1 / MX2）数据，同时为用户提供安全可靠的长期数据存储服务与专业分析平台。同步加速器用户可登录系统，查看自身安全存储、支持下载与检索的数据，并与合作者共享相关资源。研究人员可为其数据绑定数字对象标识符（DOI，Digital Object Identifier）链接，并开放数据以供研究论文引用。由于Store.Synchrotron 运行于NeCTAR研究云平台之上，因此可依托与表征虚拟实验室（Characterisation Virtual Lab）等分析平台以及MASSIVE高性能计算资源的紧密连接获得全方位支持。Store.Synchrotron 基于开源在线数据管理应用程序MyTardis开发搭建。
