Genome-wide binding profile of the primate-specific KRAB zinc finger proteins ZNF676 and ZNF728 in cell lines overexpressing the proteins. Overall design: Stable HEK293T cell lines overexpressing ZNF676 and ZNF728 were made by lentiviral vector transduction and selection. They were then fixed with formaldehyde and immunoprecipitation was performed with an anti-HA antibody. An exonuclease treatment was performed according to ChIP-exo protocol.
