Basin-average monthly data records

"data.monthly.tar.gz" zipped file contains all the inputs used for LSTM training and prediction at 23 watersheds in Sierra-Nevada over 1981-2020 water year. The readme file has detailed description about data format. "esp.*tar.gz" files are the hindcast flow for original, cdf-matched, and LSTM-corrected ESP seasonal forecast.
