HIMB59 genomes from marine and saltern environments. Marine and saltern environments

One MAG reconstructed from a metagenome collected in a solar saltern pond with 6% of salinity in Santa Pola (Alicante, Spain) and a complete composite genome (CCG) by co-assembly from different SAGs with ANI>99% (SAMEA6069683, SAMEA6070148, SAMEA6073908, SAMEA6074479 and SAMEA6069506) to increase the number of genomes available for studies within the HIMB59 order.

本数据集包含一株从西班牙阿利坎特省圣波拉地区盐度为6%的太阳能盐场池塘宏基因组中组装得到的宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome-Assembled Genome, MAG），以及通过对5株平均核苷酸一致性（Average Nucleotide Identity, ANI）>99%的单细胞扩增基因组（Single-Amplified Genome, SAG，编号依次为SAMEA6069683、SAMEA6070148、SAMEA6073908、SAMEA6074479及SAMEA6069506）进行共组装获得的完整复合基因组（Complete Composite Genome, CCG），旨在扩充HIMB59目相关研究可使用的基因组资源。
