Genbank Accession Numbers of Variability in Host Specificity and Functional Potential of Antarctic Sponge-Associated Bacterial Communities

This dataset contains the accession numbers of BioSamples and SRA for 30 sequences of 16S rRNA extracted from the microbiome of Antarctic maritime sponges associated with the BioProject PRJNA611843. Scientific names, localities, and the latitude/longitude of the sponge hosts are also included.本数据集收录了与生物项目（BioProject）PRJNA611843相关的南极海洋海绵微生物组中提取的30条16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）序列所对应的生物样本数据库（BioSamples）与序列读取存档（Sequence Read Archive, SRA）登录号。此外，该数据集还包含海绵宿主的物种学名、采样地点以及经纬度信息。
