Global and regional distribution of brGDGTs proxies in soil and peats across elevation and latitudinal transects

The supplementary tables present data on the distribution of brGDGT proxies, environmental and soil parameters measured in soil samples collected across the western Himalaya, as well as brGDGT proxy distributions and environmental parameters for global latitudinal soils, global elevation soils, and global peat samples.
