Transcriptomic changes in iPSC-derived hepatocytes after exposure to varying concentrations of AgNPs (0.01-25 μg/ml) for 24 h. Overall design: The experiment was conducted in two batches with the fist batch (batch 1) covering a higher concentration range (0, 5.0, 10, 20, and 25 µg/ml) and the second batch (batch 2) covering a lower concentration range (0, 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1.0, and 5.0 µg/ml). Three replicates were included for each concentration.
不同浓度纳米银颗粒(AgNPs,0.01~25 μg/ml)处理24小时后,诱导多能干细胞(iPSC)分化肝细胞的转录组表达变化。实验设计概况:实验分为两批次开展,第一批次(批次1)覆盖较高浓度梯度(0、5.0、10、20、25 μg/ml),第二批次(批次2)覆盖较低浓度梯度(0、0.01、0.05、0.1、0.5、1.0、5.0 μg/ml);各浓度组均设置3次生物学重复。
