Leaf early development (D1-D5, D, days after initiation) was tracked in Cardamine hirsuta juvenile (leaf1) versus adult (leaf8) leaves through live imaging in a 24-hrs time window.
YFP signals from the plasma membrane were collected using a Leica TCS SP8 Confocal Laser Scanning Microscope, and images were channel-split and converted into .tif format stacks using FIJI. See the related publication for details.
