On the basis of the order of the Kharkiv Mayor of 21.10.2021, 194 "On Approval of the Regulations on Data Sets of the Kharkiv City Council", the publication of the open data manager's sets on the Kharkiv Open Data Portal was organized, which, according to the Harvesting procedure, are automatically placed on the Unified State Open Data Portal in the office of the manager of Kharkiv City Council.依据哈尔科夫市市长2021年10月21日第194号《关于批准〈哈尔科夫市议会数据集管理条例〉的命令》，相关方已组织在哈尔科夫开放数据门户（Kharkiv Open Data Portal）发布开放数据管理者所管理的数据集；此类数据集将按照数据汇整流程（Harvesting procedure），自动部署至统一国家开放数据门户（Unified State Open Data Portal）中哈尔科夫市议会数据管理者的专属管理空间。
