Bulk RNA-seq analysis of prostate tissues treated with neoadjuvant ADT plus enzalutamide

The purpose of this study was to identify the changes in gene expression that occur throughout the prostate in response to system therapy. Biopsies were acquired prior to therapy, and prostate tissues were six months of therapy. Bulk prostate tissue was collected without microdissection, even in pathologic complete responders. Submitter declares that the raw data will be submitted to dbGaP (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gap) because of patient privacy concerns.
