DescriptionThis dataset contains materials associated with a submitted manuscript titled “Out of sync: Population-specific mismatches between foraging habitat and migratory phenology under climate change.”Short title: SRW future projections CodeScripts 1–7 in the 'code' folder include workflows for building population-level and circumpolar (global) Random Forest habitat suitability models for southern right whales, as well as generating spatial predictions under present and future climate scenarios. DataShapefiles provided in the 'output' folder delineate areas of core foraging habitat (defined as the 90th percentile of habitat suitability) for southern right whales, as predicted by the circumpolar Random Forest model. See the ReadMe file in the 'output' folder for mode information.
