针对以特异性靶向NRASQ61R的小干扰RNA（small interfering RNA，siRNA）处理黑色素瘤细胞后所产生的基因表达改变进行全局表征的转录谱分析。实验整体设计：将BL细胞或224细胞分别转染靶向突变型NRASQ61R的siRNA（siMut10与siMut12），或转染随机序列对照siRNA（siSC）；取实验第0天的未转染细胞（T0），作为所有转染突变型靶向siRNA与对照siRNA细胞的基线对照。
