The article aims to show how the life and thought of Edith Stein weave among themselves into a piece of fabric with many strands, kept together thanks to a loyalty to concreteness that arises from both phenomenology and sexual difference. As a woman and a phenomenological philosopher, Edith Stein did not back off from the dark aspects of reality, recognizing in them the seeds of a renewed community, finally capable of solidarity.

本文旨在阐明伊迪丝·施泰因（Edith Stein）的生平与思想如何相互交织，织就一幅多股丝线构成的织体；这一织体得以维系，源于一种扎根于现象学（phenomenology）与性别差异（sexual difference）的对具体性的执着坚守。作为一名女性现象学哲学家，伊迪丝·施泰因并未回避现实的晦暗面向，反而从中辨识出重建共同体、最终达成团结的萌芽。
