Will coral reefs in the North Atlantic Ocean bleach during the next season? A probabilistic answer

This repository contains all model components (plotted as animated maps), files and Matlab codes used to construct, train and validate the Bayesian Networks model for coral bleaching forecast in the North Atlantic Ocean. In addition, we provide geographic locations maps of reef observations used by the model, broken down by the model's ability to predict them.

本数据集仓库收录了用于构建、训练并验证北大西洋海域珊瑚白化预报贝叶斯网络（Bayesian Networks）模型的全部模型组件（以动态地图形式呈现）、配套文件及Matlab代码。此外，本仓库还提供了模型所采用的珊瑚礁观测点位地理分布图，并依据模型对各观测点的预测性能进行了分类标注。
