针对电离辐射（Ionizing Radiation, IR）处理后第3、14、30天的样本与未处理对照组，在亲水作用色谱（Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography, HILIC）与反相色谱（Reversed Phase Chromatography, RP）两种分离相中所富集得到的前3条通路，开展的基因集富集分析（Gene Set Enrichment Analysis, GSEA），本次分析采用校正P值（Padj）进行统计校验。
