针对电离辐射(Ionizing Radiation, IR)处理后第3、14、30天的样本与未处理对照组,在亲水作用色谱(Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography, HILIC)与反相色谱(Reversed Phase Chromatography, RP)两种分离相中所富集得到的前3条通路,开展的基因集富集分析(Gene Set Enrichment Analysis, GSEA),本次分析采用校正P值(Padj)进行统计校验。
