CFH1 tethers the circadian clock to red light dependent photomorphogenesis

Investigating the differential expression genes in cfh1 mutants, CFH1 decoys, and PIF3 over-expression lines. Overall design: Col-0, cfh1-1 mutant, CFH1 decoy line, and PIF3 over-expression line were grown in 12L:12D for 7 days and then transferred to constant red light. Samples were collected on day 12 ZT1.

本数据集围绕cfh1突变体、CFH1诱饵株系及PIF3过表达株系中的差异表达基因（differential expression genes）展开研究。整体实验设计如下：将Col-0、cfh1-1突变体、CFH1诱饵株系与PIF3过表达株系置于12小时光照/12小时黑暗（12L:12D）的条件下培养7天，随后转移至持续红光环境中；于第12天的ZT1时刻采集样本。
