Quantification of metabolic enzymes in SCLC, NSCLC-Ad. and NSCLC-Sq.

For the iMPQAT analysis, we retrospectively collected frozen samples of the tumors from 36 patients with lung adenocarcinoma (n = 12), squamous cell carcinoma (n = 12) and LD-SCLC[TG1] (n = 12) who had undergone surgical resection at Kyushu University Hospital between January 2012 and July 2018. Among 12 patients with SCLC, frozen samples of the normal lung tissue were available in 6 patients.

为开展iMPQAT分析，本研究回顾性收集了2012年1月至2018年7月间于九州大学医院接受手术切除的36例患者的肿瘤冷冻样本，其中肺腺癌（n=12）、鳞状细胞癌（n=12）及LD-SCLC[TG1]（n=12）各12例。在12例小细胞肺癌（SCLC）患者中，6例可获取正常肺组织冷冻样本。
